Mike Kirouac
Veteran Coach
I’ve spent over 15 years working inside the VA — developing, rating, and helping veterans navigate one of the toughest systems out there. As a former VA Rater and a veteran myself, I know exactly how frustrating and confusing the claims process can be.
At WSDV, my mission is simple: cut through the red tape, educate veterans, and build strong, evidence-based claims that actually win. I don’t sugarcoat it — I give veterans the real strategy they need to succeed.
The best part of what I do is hearing a veteran say, “I finally feel like someone gets it.” That’s why I show up every day — to help vets take back control of what they’ve earned.
Outside of work, I’m a dad to two awesome boys, a golf addict, and a proud New Englander.

William Bungard
Veteran Coach
I'm a proud father, a U.S. Army Veteran, and a coach with WSDV. Since retiring in 2015, I've remained deeply involved in the Veteran community, advocating for those who’ve served and working to ensure they receive the support they deserve.
Joining WSDV opened my eyes to just how underserved Veterans truly are—especially when it comes to navigating the claims process. Too many are left in the dark, unsure of how to file legitimate claims or access the benefits they've earned. I'm committed to changing that.
Outside of work, I enjoy faceting gemstones and designing CAD parts as a creative outlet. But
above all, my greatest joy is spending time with my daughter, cherishing every moment before
she begins her own journey in life.

Veteran Coach
Helping veterans get the disability rating they deserve isn’t just work it’s a mission. Every claim tells a story of sacrifice, pride, and struggle that deserves to be heard. I’ve walked that path myself, so I know how discouraging it can feel when the system overlooks what a veteran has endured. My goal is to bridge that gap to make sure their service and their suffering are properly recognized and respected.
There’s nothing like the moment a veteran says, “I finally got my rating.” You can hear the weight lift in their voice that mix of relief and validation. That’s why I do it. Veterans kept their promises to this country; I’m here to make sure the country keeps its promise to them.

Greg Fincher
Veteran Coach
I began working with WSDV after they helped me increase my VA disability rating from 30% to 100% — a process I knew was hard and overwhelming, but they made it seamless and straightforward. They guided me every step of the way, and now I have the privilege of doing the same for other veterans.
My goal is to make the process as clear and stress-free as possible while fighting for every benefit my clients have rightfully earned. This role allows me to change veterans’ lives and their families’ lives for the better, and every win for a veteran means more to me than anything.
Outside of work, I keep life simple, spending time with my wife and my three adult children, who I am very proud of, along with friends. I also enjoy relaxing on my 20-acre farm — my personal oasis where I can recharge and enjoy the little things in life.

Jon Graham
Veteran Coach
I am dedicated to helping veterans turn uncertainty into confidence and goals into reality. With a military background and over 16 years of leadership and training experience, every interaction is driven by the belief that no veteran should navigate their benefits process alone.
I am passionate about empowering fellow service members to claim what they’ve earned, overcome roadblocks, and create a clear path toward the next chapter in their lives. Every win, big or small, is a reminder that the mission doesn’t end when the uniform comes off.
Fuelled by purpose and a deep respect for those who’ve served, my focus is on delivering results, building trust, and making the journey toward success as smooth as possible. For this coach, helping veterans isn’t just work, it’s a lifelong commitment.

Antoinette Perkins
Veteran Coach
I chose to become a coach with this company because I’ve seen firsthand the struggles many veterans — including close friends and family members — go through. Too often, they’re unsure how to get the ratings they’ve rightfully earned, which could drastically improve their lives and their families' futures.
The lack of guidance often leads to frustration and, eventually, giving up — especially after facing rejection. That’s why I joined this company: to be a part of the solution. Knowing I can help someone take control of their future and improve their life genuinely makes my heart smile.
I’ve always believed in staying grounded and never being above helping anyone in need.

Lakeysha Martinez
Veteran Coach
I love being a veteran coach because it allows me to give back in a meaningful way to those who've given so much just like I did. I'm a veteran myself, and I know how frustrating and confusing the VA system can be. Before started working with WSDV, I was struggling too. They helped change my life by guiding me from 0 to 70% and that experience lit a fire in me. Now, I get to help other veterans walk that same path, making sure they feel seen, heard, and supported every step of the way. There's nothing like the moment when a veteran realizes they're finally getting the recognition and benefits they've earned. That moment makes everything worth it. This work fills my heart and gives my life real purpose.

Alexandra Rivas
Veteran Coach
I started working with veterans because I knew this community wasn’t always well supported, and I wanted to be someone who truly cared and fought alongside them. With deep family ties to the military—my husband, father, great-grandfather, and many of my aunts and uncles all served—I understand the sacrifices veterans make and the challenges they face when seeking the benefits they deserve.
Helping veterans get the recognition and support they’ve earned is a gift in itself. I take a supportive and compassionate approach, knowing how overwhelming this process can be. My goal is to not only be a guiding hand but an encouraging voice, reminding veterans that their fight is worth it.
One of the most meaningful moments in my work was staying on the phone with a veteran who was too nervous to read his decision letter alone. He had gone from 10% to 100%, and as he read the words out loud, we both cried. It wasn’t just about the rating—it was about him finally receiving the recognition he deserved. Moments like that are why I do what I do.
Outside of work, I love spending time outdoors with my three kids—hiking, walking, and exploring beaches and creeks. I’m also a smoothie fanatic and love experimenting with new recipes (there was even a time I dreamed of running a smoothie food truck!).

Nicholas Sinde
Veteran Coach
My name is Nick Sinde, and I’m from a small farm town in Illinois. After high school, I enlisted in the Air Force in 2017. During my service, I completed two overseas tours. I recently transitioned out of the Air Force after seven years, which included five surgeries.
Working with WSDV from the start gave me the assurance that I was in the right place. I'm excited to be here and thankful for the opportunity to support my fellow veterans.

Eric Eversole
Veteran Coach
My name is Eric Eversole. I am a father, a husband, a veteran, and a coach. Working for WSDV and helping vets doesn't feel like a job, but more like a calling that has given me a meaningful purpose. I fought alone for 16 years as a combat veteran to get my benefits and was repeatedly denied.
I was fortunate enough to stumble across this company in 2023, and they changed my life. This program helped me go from 10% to 100% permanently in just over 90 days. I've been paying it forward ever since. Helping veterans earn their benefits and change their lives is what I live for, and I'm thankful to have the opportunity to do so every day.
